Winter Projects

Now is a good time to get all of our photos and family media in order. I found that the best place to start is to gather up all the family photos, slides, articles, and important family historical documents and put them in one space. Then, its easy to see what might be missing. Separate the different media into separate boxes. Now, give yourself the year to do something great with all of this family history.

You can call and set an appointment with me to visit to your home to give you some suggestions on where to start. This is a free consultation appointment. We are here to help you get these project done. Once you decide on a budget and on what you will do and what you need help with, you can make a plan. The first step will be going through what to keep and what is repetitious or no longer relevent. Then putting your photos into some type of order before the scanning begins will make projects easier to handle.

This year I gave my sister and nieces a DVD disc of all of their photo’s that I scanned over the year for them. I the same case I made a disc with all of the scanned photo’s in a jpg format. This way, they can make copies of the photos and have the family photos to share with stories with their own children. They were thrilled when they put the DVD into the player Christmas morning and watched it together.
